アメリカ・コロラド州で生まれ育った髙橋里奈は、食と文化、そしてアイデンティティのつながりを大切にするバイリンガルのフード&レシピクリエイターです。
母から学んだ日本の家庭料理を原点に、親しみやすいレシピやレストラン紹介、スナックレビュー、そして日本の日常文化の魅力を発信している。発酵料理士アドバイザーおよびヨガインストラクターとして、心と体を整えながら「食べる」「暮らす」「つながる」ことの豊かさを伝えている。レシピとストーリーに自身のルーツへの想いを込め、どこにいても日本の味を楽しめるよう、ひとくちごとに幸せを感じられるような料理やベーキングのコンテンツを作っている。日本の食文化を世界に広める小さなきっかけとなることを目指している。

Rooted in the Japanese home cooking she learned from her mother, she shares approachable recipes, restaurant stories, snack tastings, and cultural insights that highlight everyday life in Japan. As a Japanese food fermentation advisor and certified yoga instructor, Lina brings a mindful approach to how we eat, live, and connect — showing how anyone, anywhere, can bring a taste of Japan into their kitchen. With each recipe and story, Lina shares her heritage as a Japanese-American, bringing the beauty of Japanese food culture to the world — one yummy bite at a time.
