キラ・ベラは、45か国以上を旅してきた世界的な視野を持つ文化系クリエイターであり、ポジティブなマインドを大切にする若手起業家です。タンザニアに生まれ、オーストラリアで育ち、単身でアメリカを経て日本へ移住。多文化背景を活かしながら、日本各地の文化、自然、暮らしの魅力を独自の視点で伝えています。2024年には広島県北広島町で地域活性化プロジェクト「煌めき」を立ち上げ、23歳で地方創生・文化継承・国際交流の分野で活躍。Instagram（@earthkira / @kirameki.earth）、YouTube、TikTokを中心に、日本の田舎に息づく文化、人々とのつながり、特別な体験を国内外へ発信し、幅広い支持を集めています。新しい視点と国際的な感性をもって、日本の魅力を世界とつなぐストーリーテラーとして活動の幅を広げています。

Kira Bella is a cultural creator, world traveler, and positive-minded entrepreneur who has explored more than 45 countries. Born in Tanzania and raised in Australia, she later moved independently to the United States before settling in Japan. Her multicultural background and global experiences shape her unique, heartfelt approach to storytelling. At 23, she founded Kirameki, a rural revitalization project based in the countryside of Hiroshima. Through her Instagram accounts (@earthkira and @kirameki.earth), YouTube channel, and TikTok, she shares the culture, traditions, and everyday beauty of rural Japan with audiences worldwide. Her work highlights community warmth, cultural heritage, and local stories that inspire global connection. With a global perspective and a passion for cultural exchange, she continues to illuminate the hidden stories of Japan for a worldwide audience.
